Epoxy CP
Compact Epoxy Flooring System
System Build-Up
The system requires a prepared concrete subfloor which needs shot-blasting or diamond grinding and moisture testing before application.
The system starts with Europox TF as the primer.
The broadcast layer consists of Quartz material with a size range of 0.4–0.8 mm.
The casting layer consists of Europox TF mixed with Plex Filler.
The decorative option uses QMI coloured quartz with a size range of 0.4–0.8 mm.
The final protective layer consists of Europox TF.
The optional second sealer provides a Matt finish to the surface.
Technical Details
The system achieves a thickness range of 3.0 – 4.0 mm.
The system demonstrates compressive strength exceeding 70 N/mm².
The system shows flexural strength values above 30 N/mm².
The system demonstrates more than 1.5 N/mm² of adhesion strength when bonded to concrete surfaces before substrate failure occurs.
The Shore D Hardness measurement ranges between 80–85.
The Taber Test shows the system withstands less than 90 mg of material loss during 1000 cycles.
The system shows exceptional resistance to oils fuels salts alkalis acids and solvents and other chemicals.
The system maintains its structural integrity at temperatures up to +70 °C dry load and +40 °C wet load.
The curing process follows this schedule:
The surface becomes ready for light foot traffic between 24–48 hours.
The surface requires 4–6 days to achieve full mechanical load capacity.
The system reaches complete chemical resistance after 7 days of application.
Key Properties
