System Build-Up

The system starts with a prepared concrete subfloor that has been shot-blasted or diamond ground and moisture tested.
The first primer used in this system is Europox Z Slow.
The system requires copper tape installation for conductivity through a grid pattern.
The second primer used in this system is Europox WA AN which serves as an antistatic primer.
The Europox SLR AN self-levelling antistatic epoxy serves as the casting layer at a thickness of 2–3 mm.

The system meets electrical resistance standards of 1 × 10⁴ – 1 × 10⁹ Ω according to IEC 61340-4-1 and DIN EN 1081.
The system achieves compressive strength values exceeding 60 N/mm².
The system demonstrates flexural strength values above 30 N/mm².
The system shows more than 1.5 N/mm² of adhesion strength when tested against concrete substrates.
The Shore D Hardness value of this material ranges between 75 and 80.
The Taber Test shows that the material experiences less than 100 mg loss during 1000 cycles.
The system demonstrates resistance to oils and fuels as well as salts and alkalis and acids and solvents.
The system operates within temperature ranges from +60 °C dry load to +40 °C wet load.
The curing process follows these timeframes:
The surface becomes ready for light foot traffic after 24 hours.
The system requires 3 to 5 days to achieve full mechanical load capacity.
The system reaches full chemical resistance after a 7-day period.
