System Build-Up
The installation process requires a prepared concrete subfloor that has been shot-blasted or diamond ground and tested for moisture levels.
The installation process starts with Europox Z Slow primer or an alternative high-bond epoxy primer as the first layer.
The Epoxy SLR self-levelling resin serves as the casting layer which needs to be applied at a thickness of 2–3 mm.
The system includes three finish options which are clear gloss finish and satin finish and matt finish.
Technical Details
The system achieves a total thickness of 2.0 – 3.0 mm.
The system demonstrates compressive strength exceeding 60 N/mm².
The system achieves flexural strength values above 30 N/mm².
The system demonstrates concrete adhesion strength exceeding 1.5 N/mm² through substrate failure.
The Shore D Hardness measurement ranges between 75–80.
The Taber Test shows that the system withstands 100 mg loss during 1000 cycles of abrasion.
The system shows resistance to oils and fuels and salts and alkalis and acids and solvents.
The system operates within temperature ranges from +60 °C dry load to +40 °C wet load.
The system requires the following curing times:
The floor becomes ready for light foot traffic after 24 hours of application.
The system needs 3–5 days to achieve full mechanical load capacity.
The system reaches full chemical resistance after 7 days of application.

Packaging & Consumption
The primer Europox Z Slow requires 0.3–0.5 kg for every square meter of application.
The Epoxy SLR casting layer requires 1.5–2.5 kg of material for each millimeter of thickness applied to the surface.
The topcoat requires 0.15–0.25 kg of material for each square meter of application.
Installation Conditions
The installation requires a substrate with moisture content below 4% CM and a compressive strength above 25 N/mm².
The tensile adhesion strength needs to exceed 1.5 N/mm² for the installation.
The installation requires temperatures between +10 °C and +30 °C.
The relative humidity needs to stay below 75% during installation.
Finish Options
The finish options include Gloss and Satin and Matt.
