The process of applying epoxy resin flooring
To apply, first, a layer of epoxy floor primer must be used on the surface. In the next step, the work surface is plastered with a special putty (based on epoxy), and finally, the epoxy floor is flattened with a special scraper, and its bubbles are taken with a bubble roller. For more surface strength, mesh layers (polyester mesh) can be used, and then the second layer of epoxy floor coating can be applied on the surface. To reduce resin consumption and increase the strength of the surface, granulated sugar silicas are used.
Usually, the final thickness of epoxy flooring is created after 24 hours, and the final hardness during seven days (last setting period). The final setting period of these levels can be used and exploited.

Disadvantages of epoxy flooring
